Multisite Updates 2017

Update 5-23-17:
Late yesterday afternoon the Federal Court released a decision in the lawsuit we have been navigating with the city of St. Michael for the last two years:

Big Lake, Minn., May 22, 2017 — Federal Judge Donovan Frank ruled that the City of St. Michael, Minnesota violated the U.S. Constitution when the City refused to allow Riverside Church to use a former movie theater for worship services.
The Court found that “the City violated Riversides’ First Amendment constitutional right to freedom of speech and assembly. As a result, Riverside lost the opportunity to purchase” the St. Michael movie theater in November 2014.
