Troubleshooting

Having trouble watching online or downloading messages?  Here are a few things you might try:

You can go right to our Vimeo host page to watch the most recent messages. Type http://vimeo.com/myriversidechurch into your web browser address bar.

Make sure you have the most recent version of Adobe Flash installed on your computer; this is often the issue if you can't see videos or images.  Here is the website to download a free update: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Try accessing our website using another web browser.  If you have having problems with Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome are two great alternatives you might try.  This may also help you subscribe to an http://www.myriversidechurch.com/uploads/rss-icon.jpgRSS feed if all you see is HTML text when you click the link (when it works it will open your email instead).

If the podcast link does not work, make sure you are clicking on the link to add the message on the same computer where you have your ITunes account active.
